In order for you to achieve your full potential as a leader, manager, entrepreneur or co-worker, the journey starts of becoming conscious of what is important to you in life and how your current behaviors are enablers or obstacles of being able to achieve what you want to achieve - This is what I call Conscious Self-Leadership.

I know what I'm talking about. This is because I have myself made the personal growths journey. The journey of going from living a life that others expected of me, which resulted in me being seriously burned out, to turning this around to today living out my passion in life!

What was crucial for me to succeed was to become conscious of who I am and what is important to me in life. Only then could I make active choices to start creating the life I wanted to live. I did this by focusing on my needs and my values. It created a life with increased clarity, increased energy and increased performance!

My own personal development together with my experiences in developing and running companies and in leadership and organizational development have given me unique insights to what is required to create sustainable development, for individuals, groups and for organizations/companies.

When you have clarity of who you are and why you do what you do, you will find it easier to develop good and prosperous relationships, creating your dream job and grow loyal co-workers and customers.
